**What you’ll do**

As PMO Manager you’ll play a central role in ensuring that projects across the organization are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

Your tasks will include:

- Establish project management standards, methodologies and best practices across all products and services
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and templates to project and program managers
- Offer support and coaching to improve project management capabilities
- Define, together with the program managers, head of product management & head of software delivery, the yearly delivery roadmaps
- Monitor the overall health of the project portfolio
- Facilitate decision making with regards to project priorities
- Organize the Delivery and Portfolio boards
- Keep track and follow up on decisions and action items of the Delivery and Portfolio Board
- In collaboration with project and program managers:

- Track project progress (budget, scope, timing & risks)
- Provide dashboards and reports to the Delivery and Portfolio Board
- Ensure transparency and early identification of issues
- Track benefit realization
- Identify common risks and issues across projects
- Develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths
- Update the enterprise risk register and align with the CRO where needed
- Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned
- Implement improvements in processes and tools when and where needed

**What makes you a great fit**

This role is ideal for someone who wants to scale & optimize our PM activities, being responsible for governance, support, portfolio oversight and continuous improvement.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have at least 5 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management
- Posses strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Projects, Jira, Timesheet, etc.)
- Bring excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Speak Dutch and/or French but are also fluent in English
- Have a Project Management certification
