**Description de l'annonce**:
Pour son département Finance, Daoust est à la recherche d’un(e) Finance Director. Le Finance Director assure, développe et optimise la gestion du Département Finance. Il pilote la stratégie financière et les différentes matières attenantes et il avise et conseille le CEO sur les décisions à prendre. Le Directeur Financier rapporte au CEO.
En tant que Finance Director,
- Vous dirigez le Département Finance et assurez le fonctionnement quotidien
- Vous assurez la gestion de trésorerie du groupe et le suivi du recouvrement des créances
- Vous êtes en relation avec le réviseur d’entreprise, les avocats, etc.
- Vous établissez le budget annuel et produisez les analyses financières demandées par la Direction Générale
- Vous agissez en tant que business partner stratégique de la direction et développez une approche financière structurée globale. Vous participez aux réunions de direction hebdomadaires.
- Vous supervisez l’ensemble des projets du département Finance
- Vous gérez l’équipe des finances en collaboration avec les managers de votre Département
- Vous veillez au respect de la culture d’Entreprise, symbolisée par les valeurs « We Love Solutions » et « Welcome to the Family ».
**Votre profil**:
- Vous disposez d’un Master à orientation financière et d’une expérience probante en tant que Directeur Financier.
- Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL
- Vous alliez des compétences en gestion financière/budgétaire avec une expérience en projets informatiques
- Très organisé(e), vous savez inspirer et mobiliser vos équipes.
- Orienté(e) chiffres et résultats, vous êtes flexible et savez anticiper/gérer un business rapide
- Vous êtes un adepte du multitasking et passez aisément d’un rôle à l’autre (opérationnel-stratégique-project management-conseil)
- Une expérience du secteur intérim, titres-services, secrétariat social et/ou ressources humaines est un plus.
