We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Proximus NXT IT Finance team.

**Context**

With a yearly turnover of more than €1.9B, Proximus NXT is a key ICT player in the professional sector across the Benelux. Organized into two business units—ETO (Enterprise Telco Solutions & Operations) and EIT (Enterprise IT Services & Segment)—our mission is to deliver cutting-edge ICT solutions to the professional market.

As part of the Proximus NXT Finance Business Partner team, you will support one or more practices within Proximus NXT IT, focusing on technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Workplace, and Data & AI.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with your business counterpart to:
- Manage the practice forecasting process (long-term plans, budgets, and monthly/quarterly reviews of revenues, direct margin, and operating expenses).
- Challenge, consolidate, and present financial figures to the Proximus NXT IT Finance and Business directors.
- Report monthly variances against plans and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support performance improvement by providing financial opinions on complex business/customer cases for submission to senior management.
- Work closely with Finance and Support teams, including Tax, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and Treasury.

**Your profile**

We are looking for someone who:

- Is results-oriented, analytical, and thrives under pressure.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Is highly organized and can meet tight deadlines.
- Works well in a team and excels in collaboration.
- Is proactive, assertive, and diplomatic.

**Education & Experience**
- A university degree, ideally in a financial field, with 5 years of experience in a finance-related role (audit, controlling, financial analysis).
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (oral and written).
