Senior Supervisor E&ps

E&PS, part of the Janssen Supply Chain Group, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is recruiting a Facility Coordinator. The position will be based in Beerse and reports to the local Facilities Manager and is part of the facilities team.

Taking care of our assets is important to support the Janssen Supply Chain activities in Beerse and Olen representing 5 billion $ of sales/year. The pharmaceutical production activities at these sites serve 5 patients per second with products like: Invega, Visine, Nizoral, Tylenol, Zyrtec, Motrin. Therefor we need to ensure reliable, compliant, safe and cost-effective facilities.

Operating and maintaining the facility (24/7), infrastructure management and business services will be your main focus next to delivering a safe, compliant, efficient, and effective workplace.

**Senior Supervisor E&PS (f/m/d)**:
Major Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 7 24/7 standby utility operators to guarantee uptime around the clock
- Manage a team of 2 Process control specialists
- Follow-up financials
- Overall responsible for shutdown works
- Provide input for and update maintenance plans and checklists
- Participate in projects (replacements, expansions) adding hand on knowledge to the team
- Provide input for improvements to current buildings and systems
- Participate in a standby system for interventions outside of office hours
- Serve as a backup for the Facilities Manager

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences etc. Or equivalent experience required

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

- Minimum of 5+ years maintenance/ facility mgmt experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a ‘Can do’ mentality
- Able to delegate, steer a large contractor population
- Good knowledge of maintenance in a GMP environment required
- Fluency in Dutch is essential in order to communicate with utility operators and various technicians working for contractor companies.
- Good English skills are a benefit.
