**What’s in it for you?**

Pro-actively source the market for new opportunities and transactions, through different commercial initiatives as direct prospection and (high level) networking

Maintain frequent and professional relationships with key clients and other stakeholders (advisors, governments, investors, notaries, construction companies )

Creatively match real estate requests with opportunities, and advise on all aspects of a real estate transaction until final closing

Portfolio Management: frequent contacts with landlords, determine a commercialization strategy, organize visits, negotiation advice, write lease/sales contract,

**Let’s talk about you**

You have a first experience of more or less 5 years within a corporate environment in areas such as real estate, general sales, supply chain, consultancy, finance

Enthusiastic and independent self-starter with a strong commercial drive, who enjoys building long term professional relationships

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
