**Job description / mission**

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who will further develop our service business on the Portable Flow product portfolio (submersible and surface dewatering pumps). This position is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing environment. As Product Manager, you are responsible to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth. You work closely with our direct and indirect distribution channels, our product companies, our suppliers and partners, the divisional service team, and you cooperate across divisions. You report to the Vice President Marketing PTS.

Role: main tasks & responsibilities

**In this function you are responsible to**
- Propose and implement plans which support the organic growth of the service business for the Portable Flow pillar which includes submersible and surface dewatering pumps
- Communicate effectively with customer centers, dealers and customers around the world
- Define and implement guidelines for the service portfolio development in all applicable markets
- Grow the spare parts, wear, maintenance, contract and overhaul business through direct, indirect and e-commerce channels
- Cooperate closely with the other divisions, product companies and suppliers and partners
- Participate in project steering committees and maintain an overview of the Portable Flow capital equipment projects. Implement appropriate product pricing and branding.
- Deliver high quality marketing material focusing on parts and services in collaboration with the communications team
- Ensure efficiency and drive implementation of the marketing portion of the Spare Parts Proposal process in all projects. Have a close collaboration with purchasing and supply chain for sourcing and logistics.
- Lead part specialists in all product companies working on Portable Flow products, ensure the teams marketing deliverables are agreed and executed
- Grow the potential of your team by giving feedback and coaching, provide support in competence development, make sure they have written missions, yearly appraisals etc.

**Skills, experience/education**
- You have good knowledge of the product range and market
- You have an academic degree in marketing, engineering or strong relevant experience
- Field experience in sales or marketing is a strong asset
- You have project management skills and are able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience of working in a multicultural and international environment is preferred
