**ORGANIZATION**:
Our client is active in the professional services sector.
**YOUR ROLE**:
- You ensure the execution and correct management of our personnel administration. Together with our external payroll provider, you are responsible for accurate and timely payroll preparation and processing.
- You are the point of contact for our employees and handle various questions from our employees, mainly related to payroll processing and personnel administration, and explanation about cafeteria plan and insurances.
- You perform tasks to support the HR Manager and the HRBP.
- You prepare the necessary HR core data reports and keep HR platforms/databases up to date.
- You provide support for various HR projects and assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and internal communication.
- You provide input on how we can further optimize HR administrative processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have concrete experience in managing payroll and personnel administration.
- You possess a thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation. Knowledge of Luxembourgish legislation is a plus.
- You have work experience with SD Worx payroll systems.
- You have very good communication skills and are trilingual (Dutch-French-English).
**PRACTICAL***:
- Contract type: Freelance.
- Work regime: 3 to 4 days/week.
- Location: Brussels and partly remote.
