**Organisatie omschrijving**: Binnen onze HR-afdeling zoeken wij een gedreven **Payroll Consultant **die zich inzet voor een specifieke klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse administratieve taken gerelateerd aan salarisadministratie en sociale wetgeving, met als doel bij te dragen aan de HR-doelstellingen van het bedrijf.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Verzorgen van correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking bij aanwervingen, loopbaanontwikkelingen en contractbeëindigingen.
- Berekeningen uitvoeren voor vakantiedagen, diverse premies, werkhervattingen, en andere vergoedingen.
- Controleren en beoordelen van jaaroverzichten en fiscale documenten.
- Beheer van verzekeringspolissen, waaronder groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen.
- Als contactpersoon fungeren voor instanties zoals RVA, mutualiteit en fiscus.
- Communicatie verzorgen naar medewerkers en HR-community over sociale wetgeving, procedures en regelgeving.
- Beantwoorden van vragen gerelateerd aan salarisberekeningen en het opstellen van loonsimulaties.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve HR-taken en interne rapportage.

- Minstens 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in loonbeheer, bij voorkeur met PC 315 en PC 311.
- Ervaring in België en Luxemburg is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met HR-software SAP en bijbehorende processen.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een complexe, geïntegreerde bedrijfsomgeving.
- Beheersing van Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus).
