We are looking for a passionate and driven **Payroll Manager** to lead a team of specialists, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

**Role**:
- **Team Leadership**: Managing and supporting a team of payroll specialists on a daily basis, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Collaborating with other departments to align payroll operations with the company's overall strategy.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- ** Compliance Expertise**: Providing guidance on legal and regulatory compliance related to payroll and social legislation in Belgium.
- ** Strategic Development**: Defining and implementing strategies to improve processes and support business growth.
**Profile**:
- Proven **experience in People Management**, ideally in a consultancy environment or social secretariat.
- In-depth knowledge of **Belgian social legislation** and an understanding of international client dynamics.
- A result-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- ** Fluency in English (mandatory)**, as it is the primary working language, and a good command of either French or Dutch.
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to anticipate and solve complex challenges.
