Ben je een ervaren HR Payroll Officer die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging om je talenten en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen? Word je vaak omschreven als een dynamisch, warm en teamgericht persoon? Sluit je aan bij ons HR-team. Binnen ons Compensation & Benefits-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige payrollproces. Als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen HR beantwoord je vragen van medewerkers over salarisadministratie, personeelsbeheer en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je beheert de payroll voor medewerkers en uitzendkrachten. Je houdt toezicht op de personeelsadministratie en stelt sociale documenten op (contracten, verlof, addenda, enz.). Je beantwoordt vragen en adviseert medewerkers over HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Je waarborgt de wettelijke conformiteit volgens sociale wetgeving en arbeidsreglementering. Je stelt maandelijkse en jaarlijkse payrollrapporten op. Je volgt externe partners op: sociaal secretariaat, Pluxee, verzekeringen, enz. Je draagt actief bij aan HR-projecten: bonusprogramma's, cafetariaplan, groepsverzekeringen, optimalisaties in C&B… Je hebt bewezen ervaring in payroll, bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar in een sociaal secretariaat. Je bent tweetalig Frans/Nederlands of hebt een goede basis in de andere taal. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, bent servicegericht en oplossingsgericht. Je bent georganiseerd, autonoom, een teamspeler en kan prioriteiten beheren. Kennis van Presta en Mpleo is een groot pluspunt.
