To support our teams in Belgium and France we are looking for a new team member as
**Customer Sales Support (f/m/x)**
**What is it all about?**
- You will assist our international customers in all matters (pre and after sales).
- You will work closely with our Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to support them in their daily business and help strengthen and expand our customer relationships.
- You will create quotations, prepare public tenders, and ensure smooth processes by taking care of data entry.
- You will participate in customer events and trade fairs, supporting our sales team on-site.
- You will handle the organization of customer training
- In our CRM system Lead Management, you will prepare information for further sales measures and ensure proper data maintenance so that our team is always up to date. general office management tasks will also be among your tasks
- You are willing to undertake some travel within Europe
**What are we looking for?**
- You have successfully completed your commercial education and several years of experience with sales support activities
- You impress with your excellent communication skills, are empathetic, and enjoy interacting with customers.
- You are interested in innovation and motivated to acquire basic technical knowledge to better understand our products and customer structure.
- You have a confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, experience in the use of data bases (CRM and ERP) would be an advantage.
- You have an excellent command of English and French, Dutch would be a plus
