The Position

Qualifications & Experience

**Responsibilities**:
You will be working in the manufacturing team. Within this team we onboard customers that want to use 3D printing for end-use parts. This activity is of strategic importance for the growth of our Business Unit. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be in constant contact with our customers and internal stakeholders. You are in close contact with the onboarding engineers and planners.

You will be responsible for:

- Creating and processing orders promptly, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and following up with customers about their order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Updating contact information for customers and handling other administrative duties.
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolving the issue as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- You have obtained a Bachelor's degree, or have equivalent knowledge through your experience.
- A commercial flair and efficient communication skills are essential.
- You are service-minded and customer-oriented.
- Knowledge of English is a must-have. Knowledge of any additional European language is an asset.
- You work accurately and you have strong administrative skills.
- You are detail oriented.
- You are a natural multitasker and team player.
- You can work independently.
