Knettert jouw hart wanneer je weer aan elektrische apparaten mag sleutelen? Je barst namelijk van de kennis over elektrische apparaten Een probleem oplossen via mail of telefoon is dan ook geen enkel probleem voor jou? Wel, say hello to your new job als **second line support medewerker**
Onze klant zoekt namelijk iemand die met heel wat ervaring en goesting klaarstaat om complexe elektrische problemen op te lossen. Calls die binnenkomen betreffende een elektrische storing worden naar jou doorverwezen waarna jij een duidelijke en correcte analyse kan maken van het probleem. Het probleem wordt goed opgevolgd en je zorgt ervoor dat de field technici perfect weten wat hen te doen staat. Dit komt mede opdat je op voorhand een goede analyse maakte van het benodigde materiaal.
**Profiel**
Jouw goede kennis van elektriciteit komt voor uit een eerste ervaring als electro technicus in een serviceomgeving.
Daarnaast moet je uiteraard een zeer groot analytisch vermogen hebben om elk probleem tot op de graat te kunnen analyseren én kan je vlot communiceren met collega's om zo snel mogelijk een oplossing te kunnen verwezelijken. Dit doe je in het Nederlands en Engels.
Naast elektriciteit ken je ook iets van IT en beheers je het office pakket goed. SAP is een plus.
