**STRAND** is a consultancy partner specialized in the life sciences sector (pharma, biotech, medtech). For over 10 years, we have been supporting major actors across the sector through their projects and helping them reach their ambitious objectives.

We currently seek a Business Manager to further develop our collaborations with life sciences companies based in Flanders.
**About the role**
The **Business Manager** is a key pillar of our organization. He/she is responsible for leading the ongoing collaborations with existing clients and developing new ones, ensuring success in our projects.
He/she is the corner stone between our clients and our team of experts, ensuring that the right expert is put on the right project, and that each of our experts receives the necessary support to deliver according to our clients’ expectations while developing his/her skillset.
He/she liaises with and supports our Talent Acquisition team to ensure that they, as a team, identify the right new resources to support our projects and our clients.
The Business Manager is managing his/her own P&L like his/her own company, bringing a personal approach and ideas, achieving targeted growth year-on-year.
