Claims Handler

For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for several claims managers for the Auto branch.**
Description**
- You are responsible for the integral management of material damage cases in the Auto branch.
- You are the contact person for the broker in providing information about claims
- You are responsible for the processing of case information and correspondence in order to send a smooth and complete communication to all parties involved and to handle the claim efficiently and correctly.
You maintain contacts with external parties and through the team leader you provide internal feedback on trends, market and product information and commercial opportunities
**Profile**
- You have a professional bachelor preferably in a financial or legal field or equivalent through experience
- You have a thorough knowledge of and experience with communication technology
- You have well-oiled communication skills with a view to the correct and smooth exchange of information, feedback to other departments and consultation within the team and with the team leader
- You strive for a good balance between accuracy, thoroughness and work pace
- You have a service and customer oriented attitude which is reflected in your file approach and telephone conversations
- You are a constructive team player, open to feedback, collegial and willing to share knowledge or help others with questions
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French, any additional knowledge of languages is an advantage
