**In search of an inside sales assistant**:In order to become or remain competitive, more than ever companies have to innovate (in business or technology areas) but they do not always have the necessary knowledge or resources to do so. The business development & Innovation team helps companies to innovate by identifying client needs and turn them into innovative projects with the expertise of our highly skilled technological experts. Within our team Business Development & Innovation, we are currently looking for an **Inside Sales Assistant**:
- You are the back-office support for our sales team and execute sales supporting, tele-marketing and administrative tasks.
- In collaboration with your colleagues from business development, marketing, sales and communication, you create and/or maintain target lists to be used for sales and/or marketing actions.- You create events and registration links in our ERP/CRM-tool for which companies can register and you send invitations based on target lists.
- You contact (potential) clients by phone to verify their interest in a project or theme and/or their presence in events they were invited to in order to generate interest to enroll.
- You enter and update data of clients and leads in our CRM-tool (contact information, interests, feedback )
- You are in charge of the client administration (order entry, creating PO numbers, follow up on invoicing)- You take the lead in proactive customer contacting actions
**What do we expect from you ?**:
- You obtained a bachelor degree in sales, marketing or communication (or equivalent through experience).
- You have experience in a similar inside sales position in a B2B environment.
- You are proactive and have good organizational skills.
- You have a commercial drive, dare to pick up the phone and proactively and professionally approach customers.
- You are communicative through different media (phone calls, online channels ).
- You have good listening skills and are responsive to customers' needs.
- You have good administrative skills.
- You have good team/collaboration skills
- You have good digital skills (MS office) and experience in using a CRM tool.
- You have a good command of Dutch, English and French, as well in writing, reading and talking
