**Duties**:
Primary job location: warehouse facility in Zaventem.

Under the supervision of the Property and Supply Supervisor and the A/GSO for Property, the Supply Supervisor plans and directs the non-expendable and expendable property program for the Tri-Mission in Brussels, including the Embassy, the US Mission to the European Union, US NATO, and the Embassy in Luxembourg. Is responsible for the day-to-day management, auditing, analysis, and integrity of the ILMS system and records consisting of over 30,000 assets valued at more than $25 million. Implements and monitors standard procedures for the acquisition, receiving, issuance, storage, inventory, loan, and disposal of all property. Supervises the inventory team and is the acting Property & Supply Supervisor as needed.

EXPERIENCE:
**Option A**: Two years of post-secondary school and at least 2 years of experience as administrative manager of a warehouse or a supply department in a major international company or equivalent local government entity involved in storage and supply household or office furniture, equipment and or appliances, including two years of proven data management and analysis. At least one year of overall supervisory experience is required.

**Option B**:Primary school and at least 11 years of experience as administrative manager of a warehouse or a supply department in a major international company or equivalent local government entity involved in storage and supply household or office furniture, equipment and or appliances, including two years of proven data management and analysis. At least one year of overall supervisory experience is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: A thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and property accountability including acquisition costs, average costs, yearly depreciation and percentage cost of shipping and packing. Thorough knowledge of computerized inventory procedures and documentation controlling the movement of stock & non-stock items; computerized warehouse operations; inventory reconciliation, warehouse and residential inventories. Understanding of basic logistics principals. Familiar with basic accounting principles including acquisition costs, average costs, yearly depreciation, residual value and percentage cost of shipping and packing. Must be able to estimate the value of items of property and draft damage assessment reports for management.
