**What can you expect from your job?**:

- You are responsible for providing an immaculate commercial experience with Smappee to our existing partner base in Belgium.
- You provide commercial /product advice in the partners’ more complex project proposals, you expand their current revenue with Smappee by looking together with them how to realise growth in existing segments, new segments and by defining new product needs.
- You support the partners in their end-customer facing activities where needed.
- You coordinate training needs together with Smappee’s training manager.
- You will work closely with the internal sales department and ensure that orders and invoices are followed up correctly.
- You are innovative and always looking for different elements that can be improved.
- You will present tailor-made solutions for the different key clients of Smappee.
- You have good knowledge of and insights into the Belgian renewable energy market.
- You don’t shy away from some administrative work, but at the same time aim to minimise this through automation of the administrative processes.

**What are we looking for?**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or are equal by experience. You are acquainted with the basic aspects of electricity and electrical networks.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar, commercial position.
- You can express yourself in Dutch and French.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and CRM Systems.
- We are looking for an energetic and driven account manager with a commercial and customer-focused mindset
- You know how to organise your work and you can work independently, you are an enthusiastic go-getter who can empathise with the situation and needs of your client.
