Voor onze online apotheek, Pharmamarket, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ondernemende **Marketing Automation & Personalization Marketeer **die onze groeiambities helpt waarmaken**.**
**Waar kom je terecht?**
Pharmamarket is dé online apotheek van Apotheek Antverpia, een innovatieve online apotheek die streeft naar de beste digitale klantenbeleving. Een op en top, warm familiebedrijf waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar intussen 200 medewerkers innovatief en kwalitatief samenwerken. **Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?**
- Je maakt deel uit van de **digitale afdeling** binnen het marketing team van Pharmamarket
- **Data management**:Samenwerken met het data-team om klantdata in het CDP te verzamelen. Gebruik maken van klanteninzichten om nieuwe segmenten te identificeren.
- **Optimalisatie en innovatie**:Opzetten en uitvoeren van A/B tests binnen campagnes. Daarbovenop hou je ook de trends bij in marketing automation en personalisatie om innovatieve toepassingen te introduceren.
- Je werk **nauw samen met het CRO-team**, als ook **met e-commerce team** om campagnes af te stemmen op promoties en productie aanbod.

**Wat zoeken we?**
- Je hebt een **bachelor of masterdiploma** in marketing, communicatie of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Je hebt **ervaring met Marketing Automation** en weet hoe marketing automation strategieën op te zetten. Daarbovenop heb je ook ervaring met **enkele Marketing Automation platforms**: insider, bloomreach, Custobar of andere vergelijkbare systemen Indien je kennis hebt van HTML, CSS en JavaScript ben je zeker goed bezig
- Je hebt al **bewezen resultaten behaald** in het verhogen van klantbetrokkenheid en conversietation’s;
- Je bent **analytisch** ingesteld en bent in staat om data om te zetten in actiegerichte inzichten
- Jouw **creativiteit** laat jou niet in de steek om unieke, gepersonaliseerde klantbelevingen te ontwikkelen;
- Je bent **communicatief** sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Nederlands**, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Frans en Engels is weer een extra puntje meegenomen
- Je bent **ontzettend enthousiast** om erin te vliegen en jouw drive om non stop bij te leren is onuitputtelijk;
- **Flexibiliteit** is jouw tweede naam: last-minute opdrachten of wijzigingen schrikken jou niet af
