We zien ernaar uit je te ontmoeten KANTOOR FUNCTIE Als junior paralegal binnen ons corporate & commercial team verricht je een breed scala aan taken en speel je een cruciale rol in de vlotte werking van het kantoor: - Je verricht juridische opzoekingen in het kader van dossiers en andere projecten. - Je volgt relevante juridische ontwikkelingen mee op en rapporteert hierover aan het team. - Je coördineert en ondersteunt publicatieprojecten en werkt mee aan nieuwsbrieven. - Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verbeteren van onze knowhow en bibliotheek. - Je bereidt adviezen en overeenkomsten voor. Profiel - Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma Rechtspraktijk. - Je hebt 0-3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans. - Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office toepassingen en juridische databanken. - Je hebt oog voor detail en zin voor organisatie en structuur. - Je bent gemotiveerd en je houdt van een proactieve aanpak. - Je bent een goede communicator. - Een bijzondere interesse in corporate & commercial law is een pluspunt.
