Voor onze praktijk vennootschapsrecht in Brussel zoeken we bij BDO Legal een Senior Associate Corporate Law met expertise in vennootschapsrecht en M&A. Ervaring met commerciële overeenkomsten is een pluspunt. BDO Legal is een team van getalenteerde advocaten en paralegals, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en ondernemerschap. Wij geloven dat juridisch advies meer moet zijn dan alleen technisch correct. What will you be doing? Je behandelt zelfstandig dossiers binnen het vennootschapsrecht. Daarnaast ben je ook het directe aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, begeleid je jongere collega’s en lever je inhoudelijk en strategisch advies op hoog niveau. Beheren van dossiers vennootschapsrecht: oprichtingen, statutenwijzigingen, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, reorganisaties, en vereffeningen. Begeleiden van herstructureringen en overnames (nationaal en internationaal). Coördinatie van juridische due‑diligence onderzoeken en opmaken van transactiedocumentatie (LOI, SPA, APA, …). Opstellen en onderhandelen van commerciële contracten, zoals distributieovereenkomsten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, algemene voorwaarden, enz. Toezicht houden en feedback geven op het werk van junior collega’s. Meedenken over de verdere uitbouw van onze praktijk, samen met de partners. What do you bring to the table? Je bent een advocaat met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in vennootschapsrecht en M&A. Je beschikt over een master in de rechten, een specialisatie in vennootschapsrecht of notariaat is een pluspunt. Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een duidelijke meerwaarde, vooral met het oog op de samenwerking met collega’s binnen het kantoor. Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht. Je neemt graag initiatief, communiceert helder en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid.
