**Key Accountabilities**

Are you a skilled **Accounting Manager** looking for a new challenge? At Puratos, based in Groot-Bijgaarden, we are looking for a talented and passionate Accounting Manager to lead our accounting responsibilities for our 5 Belgian entities with international exposure.
- As part of our Accounting Center, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 employees, providing coaching and advice to ensure timely and accurate periodic closures and reports.
- Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with Belgian legal and tax obligations, and you will be the point of contact for both internal and external auditors.
- Additionally, you will work closely with our COE Finance Manager to optimize continuously our processes and assist in general management of the Accounting Center.
- You take the lead in management & budget reporting supporting the accounting center general management.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can ensure a solid collaboration with both internal and external partners.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy-Fiscality or master's in TEW/Commercial Engineering, and a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
- You have experience in people management and love to coach and develop your team.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of BGAAP, and proficiency in IFRS is a basic requirement.
- Your communication skills, flexibility, and analytical mindset set you apart from the rest. You excel as a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Your ability to connect in different languages, including Dutch, French, and English, will be a valuable asset to our team.
- Additionally, you have a good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO), and proficiency in Excel is a plus.
