Incoming Material & Analytical R&D Specialist_**:
**Job purpose**:
As an Incoming Material (IM) & Analytical R&D (ARD) Specialist, you will oversee incoming material qualification and Analytical activities to support the clinical vaccines manufacturing and release.

**In this role you will **
- Act with Quality Assurance colleagues, our Manufacturing and Clinical Supply (M&CS) and Analytical R&D (ARD) partners to ensure the continuous supply and manufacturing of clinical vaccines in line with GSK business objectives to meet patients and customer needs.
- Achieve quality performance targets, regulatory compliance and cost efficiency for M&CS IM and ARD teams - Responsible for the deployment of the GSK Vaccines quality strategy for IM and Analytics.
- Responsible for Quality oversight of Incoming Material qualification and Testing/Characterization for clinical vaccines, including Manufacturing controls and In-process testing.
- Initiator and/or actor of continuous improvement activities
- Accountable and responsible for Deviation, CAPA and Change control oversight related to Incoming Material and Analytics in TRD M&CS and ARD GMP.
- Support the Quality transfer to the GIO organization.
- Support internal and external audits.

Why you? _**
- Qualifications & Skills:_
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sciences and/or related experience
- A previous experience in biopharma/biotechnology industries
- A previous experience in a Quality Control lab could be an asset
- Knowledge of Analytical R&D quality systems especially the GMP aspects and master data management
- French is mandatory, good command of English is also required
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_

- Risk based approach methodology adept
- Good communication skills
- Agile approach
