**GMP Compliance - Junior**:
Contracting - Walloon Brabant
Our partner is currently looking for a GMP Compliance - Junior to join its team. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.
**Your responsibilities?**:
- Understand and manage quality aspect of suppliers and materials qualifications in partnerships with key stakeholders (procurement/TLCM/QC/Engineering). Be involved in the implementation of Quality Agreements and negotiation of product specification requirements.
- Understand and facilitate supplier change notifications to ensure appropriate review and implementation. Manage most common changes and escalate issues if required.
- Communicate suppliers/quality issues to stakeholders through appropriated escalation processes. Understand and manage actions of mitigation (QEF, BPDR).
- Understand and manage current regulatory requirements, as well as internal, environment related to incoming materials.
- Develop a network of collaborative internal relationship and supplier network.
**Your profile?**:
- You have a Master’s degree in Sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacist) or engineering degree. Relevant to position demands to ensure basic understanding of vaccine production processes.
Knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements and ability to comply with standards (ISO 9001, GMP, IPEC, )
- Experience with supplier and incoming materials management in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communications skills to ensure issues, risks and opportunities are well understood by all parties (suppliers & stakeholders) and that effective actions are put in place.
- Ability to function efficiently in a matrix organization in order to ensure effective use of resource and communication of issues to all impacted sites / functions.
- Strong communication skills (able to communicate with different levels within the organization)
