As a hands-on Program Manager:

- You define, in collaboration with the involved stakeholders, the program including constraints,

risks, dependencies, priorities, budgets, success and acceptance criteria,...
- You support the ServiceNow team in maintaining roadmaps
- You ensure projects defined within your scope are aligned to objectives and with each other:
dependency mgmt., resource planning and tactical resource prioritizations.
- You monitors the workload of the teams. You anticipate capacity needs and problems
- You act as the reporting line for the project managers within your scope and as escalation point.
- You support project managers within your scope through coaching and challenging where

appropriate.
- You communicate progress, agreed scope and adjusted schedule including resources and

competencies in a structured manner on a regular basis
- You manage and monitor risks and issues with the project managers and escalate to

management and stakeholders in a timely manner if necessary, seek solutions with the project

managers and discusses this with the stakeholders and if necessary, management
- You follow procedures of PMO, including methodology and governance and can coach project

managers on this.
- You monitor the program budget and coordinate budgeting and amendments
- You lead in Steering Committee preparations and reporting
- You build a network to ensure follow-up and implementation of the program and is given the

necessary attention
- You can take on Project management responsibility for some (small) projects within Program
- You create a positive atmosphere within the program and project teams and ensure efficient

and quality delivery of the projects, taking into account impact on possible other projects of the

program
- You resolve conflicts within and between project teams

We are looking for a Program Manager with the following experience and/or competencies:

- You have a positive and constructive approach, both as a team player as well as in supporting

the positive image of the client.
- You are a clear communicator upstream and downstream, separate core information from

details and define concise messages.
- You are able to negotiate with different levels in the company, to close discussions to derive

conclusions and to handle conflicts.
- You have good communication skills and good at stakeholder management.
- You have experience as a Program Manager within IT environments concerning software

development and integration.
- You have extensive experience as IT Project Manager on Software development and integration

projects.
- Experience and knowledge with implementation of SAAS based solutions is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow implementations are a plus but not a must.
- You have good overall understanding of IT Governance and processes (ex. ITIL). Experience in

implementing IT Governance or IT service mgmt. solutions is a plus.
- You have knowledge of Project Management methodologies, such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2.
- You have a very good written and oral knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English.
- Must have high analytical abilities with an eye for details without missing the total picture.
