We are looking for a functional consultant to support us with the implementation and roll-out of **SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC)**. As the SAP DRC Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation process and ensuring seamless integration between systems. The tasks will include guiding business stakeholders and the product team, managing incoming and outgoing e-invoice flows, and integrating SAP DRC with various networks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation Guidance**: Lead the SAP DRC implementation from start to finish, guiding both business stakeholders and the product team.
- **Incoming Flow**: Handle B2B e-invoices for Belgium & Germany, build integration from SAP DRC to VIM and SAP Business Network (SBN).
- **Outgoing Flow**: Manage the integration of outgoing B2B e-invoices in SAP DRC for Belgium & Germany.
- **Peppol Network Integration**: Oversee the integration of SAP DRC with the Peppol Network.
- **Mailbox Integration**: Connect SAP DRC with the appropriate mailbox, especially in Germany, where it is the allowed channel.
- **POC for Energy Database Integration**: Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for using SAP DRC for invoices generated by energy databases at 50Hertz.
- **SAP DRC Functionality Setup**: Set up and demo SAP DRC functionalities to the team and stakeholders.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team to ensure successful delivery.
- **Documentation and Customization**: Write development specifications, customize solutions based on customer needs, and document SAP DRC configurations.
- **Post-Go-Live Support**: Ensure smooth handover to the product team after go-live and provide hypercare support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations in the AR/AP area.
- **Expertise in SAP DRC**: Proven knowledge and experience with SAP DRC, having successfully completed at least 1 SAP DRC implementation.
- **SAP FI Knowledge**: Solid understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
- **Additional Knowledge**: Familiarity with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and the Ariba network is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Dutch, French, or German.
- **On-Site Availability**: 40% on-site availability per week.

**Additional Information**:

- **Start Date**: 01/2025
- **End Date**: 30/06/2025 (dependent on successful go-live and handover to IT/business)
- **Work Regime**: 3 days/week (60% commitment)
- **Location**: Sablon site, Brussels (team works from this location)
