**About the job**

Based in Braine L’Alleud, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour.

Under the direction of the SSBA Head of Business Application Services (BAS) and in collaboration with the Service Area Owner (SAO), you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of BI services and for the transition of new reporting / analytical functionality into service, as delivered by projects or through continual improvement as part of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities. You will also be responsible for the service to be managed within budget, schedule and scope (quality) and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**About you**

We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Service Delivery Manager with ideally a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of post-related experience. A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

You should also have:

- Experience in the use of BI Tools for designing, building and maintaining BI repositories and dashboards / reports.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing the delivery of services within the BI domain, covering:

- Designing the service and its technical architecture, including preparation of technical documentation and solution architecture
- Managing service team capacity, tasking and prioritisation
- Management and improvement of Incident and Problem handling processes
- Management of Release and Deployment Management process in close collaboration with other stakeholders
- Ensuring service performance in close co-operation with other Service Delivery Managers within parameters defined in contracts with customers
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Experience in supervising and managing service delivery teams
- Experience in data warehouse design, data access and data de-normalisation
- Experience in using automated, event driven monitoring solutions, i.e. Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Experience in designing and managing data integration processes such as data pumps, ETL/ELT etc. with Oracle ODI, Microsoft SSIS and others being in use by the Agency
