Als IT Project Manager ben je de schakel tussen onze klanten, projecten en ons ontwikkelingsteam. Je werkt samen met onze klanten om hun ambities te begrijpen en hun behoeften te definiëren en je coördineert vervolgens met het interne team om een vlotte uitvoering van de projecten te garanderen.

**Enkele taken waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent**:

- Je beheert een project in al zijn aspecten: planning, begeleiding en follow-up van actie punten zodat projecten binnen tijd en budget opgeleverd worden
- Je Coördineert interne teams (verkoopteam, ontwikkelingsteam etc.) en externe partners om een optimale uitvoering van de projecten te garanderen.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige maatregelen om risico's en problemen te vermijden en je zorgt voor tijdige updates aan je partners.
- Je voorziet Pre-sales ondersteuning om de verkoopafdeling technisch te versterken om prospects te overtuigen.
- Goede communicatie en stakeholder management met zowel IT- als niet-IT-profielen
- Upsell nastreven en opvolgen met klanten.

Vereisten

We zijn op zoek naar een IT Project Manager die gemotiveerd is om de bouwsector te helpen digitaliseren.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt 10 jaar ervaring met IT projectmanagement in software ontwikkeling en software-implementatie.
- Je bent een sterke professional die in staat is om projectbudgetten te beheren, klantenteams aan te sturen en het succes van je projecten te garanderen.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte en flexibele mentaliteit, bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en levert klantgerichte oplossingen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau Frans.
- Je bent een zelfstandig en gemotiveerd persoon, die zijn/haar tijd en projecten professioneel beheert.
- Ervaring in een SaaS bedrijf is een pluspunt.
