You will be part of the Product & Technology domain, and head the Product & Technology Strategy team. Together with your colleagues working on process improvement, reporting and vendor relationships, you will report into the Product & Technology Steering Director.

You will work closely together with Telenet senior management to steer the long term product & technology vision and translate it into concrete strategies. On top you and your team will contribute to M&A opportunities or transformation programs on a company level.

**Your tasks as our Product & Technology Strategy Director**
- You lead and coach a small team of strategy professionals
- You drive the long-term product & tech planning cycle, including the translation of long-term trends and strategic themes into annual planning, in close collaboration with the business leaders.
- You define the strategic product & technology agenda and priorities by identifying issues, and together with your team analyze problems and provide advice for the future. Based on financial models and sustainability targets, you help management make decisions in line with the strategic priorities.
- You l ead and/or initiate strategic projects to stimulate strategic thinking across the Product & Technology domain.
- You provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within Product & Technology. You look for new methods, techniques and criteria for developing strategy & innovation.
- You study the industry trends and market dynamics. You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations. You are constantly looking for best practices in other countries and in industries.
- You are our spokesperson towards our international colleagues and strategy partners.

**Our ideal Product & Technology Strategy Director...**
... has strategy experience in a large (tech) company or as a strategy consultant advising such companies.
- You are passionate about technology and product innovation and want to create impact.
- You are a strategic thinker with robust analytical skills (Financial modelling experience is a plus)
- You have 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, in a corporate or consulting. Broad business and market knowledge on tv, mobile, fiber, cable, wifi, IT, software, operations, security and product/network are a plus.
- You work autonomously, and are result oriented, and have the self-confidence to steer for delivery.
- You are at ease in a fast-paced environment.
- Y ou are a servant leader, with strong coaching and people skills, high personal credibility & bridge builder attitude.
- You are proactive and pragmatic - able to prioritize projects and agendas
- You have proven influencing and negotiating expertise, and experience on process facilitation.
- You have h ighly developed written and oral communications skills in English. NL & FR are a plus.
