Job Req Number: 61644 Time Type: Full Time **HR Business Partner** Move forward as HR Business Partner at DSV in Ghent. **About the role** As HR Business partner, you will join our Solutions (Warehousing) department in Ghent. Together with your team, you provide daily service to more than 350 employees. You give advice to management on strategic HR matters. You are responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and you manage the HR processes. **Tasks**: - Management, development and implementation of HR objectives such as absenteeism policy, staff satisfaction survey, talent management, retention management,...; - Development and follow-up of the annual training & development plan; - Following up and supporting the staff appraisal process; - Providing support to the corporate recruitment team; - Onboarding of new employees; - Preparation of annual budgets, monthly reports; - Taking care of internal corporate communication; - Responsible for updating and optimising work instructions and procedures in cooperation with HR Officer; - Conducting "Are you happy" and exit interviews; - Point of contact for Business Unit Managers and line management for HR advice, support and guidance in the concrete use of HR systems and tools such as career development, job classification,...; - Speaking to employees regarding more complex HR-related questions; - Maintaining informal relations with social partners; - You will work together with your colleague HR BP and act as back up to the HR Officer.
