Je combineert strategisch meedenken met operationele uitvoering en zorgt voor een aangename samenwerking. Jouw takenpakket omvat:Adviseren van leidinggevenden over instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom.Vertalen van de HR-strategie naar concrete acties en projecten.Begeleiden van organisatieverandering- en ontwikkeling.Helpen bouwen aan een positieve reputatie en betrokkenheid van medewerkers.Fungeren als coach en vertrouwenspersoon voor leidinggevenden en teams.Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van HR-doelstellingen.Jouw profielMen kijkt uit naar kandidaten met:Een bachelor of master in HRM of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Relevante ervaring in een brede HR-functie.Een rijbewijs B en bereidheid om enkele keren per maand naar 2 andere vestigingen te gaan.Vlotte communicatie in het Frans is een plusKennis van arbeidswetgeving / HR-processen.Overtuigingskracht hebben en gevoel creëren met de organisatie.Resultaatgerichtheid en een proactieve mindset.De arbeidsvoorwaardenJe mag rekenen op:Een contract van onbepaalde duur voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling (40 uur/week) met 12 ADV-dagen per jaar.
