- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de organisatorische en administratieve ondersteuning van één of meerdere domeinen binnen HR.
- Aannemen van de inkomende oproepen teneinde een vlot en snel onthaal van binnenkomende telefonie te garanderen.
- Instaan voor de ontvangst van bezoekers teneinde op een vlotte manier en met een klantgerichte houding het onthaal te verzorgen.
- Beheren van de in
- en uitgaande post binnen de organisatie teneinde een vlotte briefwisseling te garanderen.
- Beheren van de vergaderruimtes teneinde correcte boekingen te bekomen en overboekingen te vermijden.
- Correct uitvoeren van administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de afdeling teneinde een goede en efficiënte administratie binnen de afdeling te garanderen.
- Voorbereiden van de loonsverwerking teneinde correct te kunnen uitbetalen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor alle personeelsadministratie teneinde alle werknemers hierin te kunnen ondersteunen.
- Alle administratie omtrent interimkrachten opvolgen.
- Verzamelen, registreren, controleren en updaten van personeelsgegevens teneinde te garanderen dat men ten alle tijde beschikt over de juiste personeelsinformatie.
- Bieden van operationele ondersteuning aan de Plant Manager en de HR Business Partner om de taken, projecten,op een vlotte wijze te laten verlopen

**Wat heb je nodig?**:

- Ervaring in een HR ondersteunende rol
- Je hebt kennis van Attentia systemen of andere.
- Je bent communicatief ingesteld
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt
