Poste CLIENT DEVELOPMENT INTERN - join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program In this position you will be part of the Client Development & Communication team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will provide operational support on Clienteling and Private Client Relations initiatives, gaining firsthand insight into how exceptional client experiences are built and delivered across our eight countries. Missions Job Responsibilities CLIENTELING: - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on stores & CA clienteling performance (outreaches, appointments, contact rates, etc.) - Extract and analyze client data to identify opportunities of client development - Create and distribute clienteling tools to stores (templates, visuals, lookbooks, etc.) - Animate the internal “clienteling community” through multi-channel communication and tailored content for different audiences. PRIVATE CLIENT RELATIONS: - Assist stores in deploying elevated client experiences at the local level. - Coordinate international events and hospitality programs (e.g. Fashion Shows), including travel, hotels, private transport, and welcome packs. - Support the tracking of client gifting stock and allocations. - Manage budget tracking and follow-up on invoicing processes. Profil Profile - Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Fashion or Communications. - Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (i.e., Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage. - Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular). - Highly organized, detail-oriented and agile in a dynamic environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive, solution-driven and a collaborative team player. Informations complémentaires Additional information - Start Date: Internship starting in June 2026 for 6 to 12 months. - Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium) - Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
