**Description de la mission**

Rattaché au service marketing pour toutes les missions digitales, le stagiaire aura un double management : Online Manager Belgique francophone, Online Manager Belgique flamande et Pays-Bas WEBSITE & ONLINE MEDIA
- Assiste l’Online Manager dans sa mission d’amélioration de la performance du site grâce à l’acquisition d’un traffic plus qualifié et au perfectionnement du parcours client sur le site.
- Participation (préparation et présentiel) aux réunions marketing & commerciales chaque semaine (point du marché).
- Suivi et monitoring de la performance du site via Google Analytics et nos dashboards Club Med.
- Veille, test et editing du site, correction des bugs, amélioration du parcours client via la création de contenu, landing pages et le maillage des pages, mise à jour hebdomadaire du merchandising du site en lien avec les enjeux business et stratégiques
- Gestion de projets divers (projet SEO, fonctionnalités site; parcours client, outils omnicanaux..
- Activation sur le site des campagnes promotionnelles, mise à jour des conditions générales de vente des offres
- Suivi des campagnes média (SEA; DISPLAY) et briefing de notre agence Online Media interne en livrant le contenu pour les campagnes Display Acq, retargeting pour les 3 sites. SOCIAL MEDIA
- Assiste le CRM executive Benelux et propose des optimisations du parcours client entre les mails et le site internet

**Profil recherché
- Passionné par le digital et / ou les nouvelles technologies, ainsi que par le tourisme
- Être polyvalent et curieux
- Avoir un esprit d’analyse et pouvoir définir les causes d’un problème
- Une bonne qualité rédactionnelle
- Etre force de proposition, avoir une démarche proactive
- Le français est indispensable, l’anglais est recommandé, le néerlandais est un plus
- Des connaissances en Google Analytics, HTML et utilisation d’un CMS sont un plus
