For our organization in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join **Digital, Data, Analytics and Innovations** Team.

**Detailed job duties include**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for the company,
- Create, maintain and optimize content that is relevant to our business goals,
- Work with internal teams on different development projects as well as other related tasks in order to ensure successful execution of campaign objectives,
- Manage all aspects of online marketing including but not limited to: design, build, testing, optimization and reporting,
- Assess needs by conducting research,
- Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors as needed.

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a four (4) year college, graduate business school, or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business, communications or related fields,
- Internship experience(s) working with digital marketing and/or advertising campaigns,
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define your own tasks,
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects,
- Result oriented attitude and an eye for detail,
- Digital savvy and creative mindset to find innovative solutions,
- Out-of-the box thinking, ability to solve complex problems,
- Strong team player and ability to work in cross-functional teams,
- Curiosity for Agile processes and methodologies is a plus,
- Data driven decision maker,
- Excellent written, analytical and communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
