Purchasing & Logistics Manager NL/FR - verschillende sites in België | 1101987 **Jouw nieuwe functie** Wij zoeken een gedreven Purchasing & Logistiek Manager voor een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in elektrische, elektronische en elektromechanische installaties. Als manager van de afdeling "Inkoop & Logistiek", krijg je de kans om een team van 30 professionals te leiden, een inkoopvolume van meer dan €40 miljoen te beheren en de logistieke processen van 5 magazijnen op 5 locaties (Brussel, Limburg, Oost-Vlaanderen, Luik en Luxemburg). Aankoop: - Ontwikkel een strategische inkooprichting in lijn met de groepsdoelstellingen. - Neem actief deel aan groepsinitiatieven op nationaal en Europees niveau. - Optimaliseer de koopkracht van de groep en verminder aankoopkosten. - Monitor en verbeter voortdurend leveranciersprestaties. - Beheer aanbestedingen in samenwerking met relevante afdelingen. - Begeleid interne klanten bij de keuze van leveranciers. Logistiek: - Optimaliseer aankoopoperaties met bestaande teams. - Beheer het wagenpark volgens de groepstrategie om kosten te verlagen en beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren. **Jouw profiel** - Bachelor - of masterdiploma met technische of commerciële focus. - 10 tot 15 jaar ervaring in logistiek, technische aankoop en people management. - Digitale (IT) vaardigheden en ervaring met cross-functionele projecten. - Kennis van de openbare infrastructuursector, elektrische, elektronische en elektromechanische installaties is een plus. - Creatief, innovatief en pragmatisch. - Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Frans. - Flexibel, bereid om op regelmatige basis naar de 5 sites in België te gaan. **De arbeidsvoorwaarden** Boeiende job met de nodige vrijheid, autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid Competitief loon, bedrijfswagen en extralegale voordelen. **Solliciteer direct op deze vacature** Is deze job niet helemaal wat je zoekt, maar ben je wel op zoek naar een nieuwe functie?
