**TURBEL **is looking for a **Purchasing internship **throughout the year.

**Your profil**
- You are student in finance, economics or business sciences (Bachelor of Master)
- You are **fluent in English**. Knowledge of one of the two national language is an asset

**Your job**

PURCHASING ASPECT
- Management of supplier prices
- Cleaning
- Updating by requesting pricelists from suppliers
- Follow-up of material supply
- Order confirmations
- Follow-up of material inputs + link with production files
- Cleaning and feeding of the materials/supports database
- Sourcing of new suppliers for consumables (cores, boxes, bags) and possibly development of new suppliers (supervised)
- Management of invoicing:

- Association BL + Invoice
- Verification and validation of invoices in CERM

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASPECTS
- Business process mapping on several levels to formalise the structure of certain processes.
- Pallet management
- Quality management
- A to Z order path - Improvement of supplier quality management
- Recasting of the logistics requirements chart
- Clarification of the pallet strategy
- Identification of partners for the resale and takeover of pallets
