6-month Internship

You will be based in the Group Service Centre in Brussels, working alongside our purchasing team on high-impact projects. While project scope may vary depending on business priorities, your key responsibilities include:

- Analysing purchasing data and mapping it to meet business process flows.
- Outlining inefficiencies and control gaps.
- Supporting with the implementation of improvements.
- Assisting in streamlining workflows across functions.
- Contributing to purchasing initiatives and process optimisation projects.

**Qualifications** Education**: Currently in a Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field.

**Languages**: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

**Personal skills**: Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a mindset for the continuous improvement of processes.

**Technical skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of project management principles and tools. Familiarity with Coupa is a plus.Duration: 6 months.

**Starting date**: flexible or Summer 2025.

This internship is compensated. An internship agreement with your university is required.
