Marketing- Manager- Your background-
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management.
- Strong interest in all things 3D, interactive and immersive.
- You smell opportunities from afar.
- Have a way of making yondr top of mind and staying there.
- English is either your first language or are so fluent and thus sure not to make a fool of yourself. Like ordering flat water instead of still water. #fail
- Data analytics and reporting on campaign results. We’re geeks, we like numbers.
- You know your way around basic project management tools and processes.
- Adobe Creative Suite doesn’t scare you. Neither does execution. While we love strategy and planning, somebody has to actually do stuff. And that somebody is you
- Neither does social media management and digital marketing.
- Growth techniques and performance marketing even make you tick.
- And if there is talking and leading involved, you are on cloud nine.- Your role- We need a marketing manager in our team, like ASAP. If we have to explain to you what that job actually requires, well, you're probably not the right fit. Still, we are very specific about some things. And absolutely not about a lot of other ones. Maybe that’s what growing up feels like. Enlightening. But back to our point. We need a marketing manager ASAP. We need that person to lead and develop our marketing strategy in Belgium and beyond. Because we are way too grown up to stay in one country. World, here we come- The things you do-
- You nourish, manage and sustain relationships with media and industry partners.
- The development and execution of the brand and marketing strategy of yondr is at the core of your job.
- Create and manage campaigns, multichannel, organic and paid, on and offline. For all we know, you can hire yourself a sandwich board and hit the streets yelling, ‘Extra, extra, read all about, yondr is the coolest agency in town’.
- Everybody you know knows us. And you are actively working on reaching all the other ones on a daily basis.
- You will organise metaverse events, on or offline.
- You will analyse, report and improve, analyse, report and improve, analyse, report and improve. And repeat.
- You either create industry trends and buzz, or you are on top of them.
