For one of our clients, a leading company in the real estate sector based in the heart of Brussels, we are currently looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist.
**Your responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for B2B-marcom strategy, planning, implementation and execution
- Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external B2B communications and marketing materials
- Work closely with both Sales and Commercial & Strategy Teams to align Sales and Marketing strategies to support the sales cycle
- Ongoing research to continue to develop marketing strategies to generate new customers
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Sales and Customer service department to support customer engagement programs throughout the service cycles
**What do we expect from you**:
- You have a Bachelor degree in marketing;
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B marketing;
- You think commercial and act pro-active;
- You speak fluently French & Dutch and your English is good enough for day to day communication;
- You are an hands-on, enthusiastic marketeer, always looking for new possibilities
- You can easily communicate on all levels, also to C-level
- You have a good sense of humor
