Onze klant is een snelgroeiende scale-up die gespecialiseerd is in het bieden van volledige administratieve ondersteuning aan klanten, met name binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Brussel.

**Als Commercial Advisor zijn dit jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je verstrekt telefonisch advies aan klanten, zowel inbound als outbound, met betrekking tot diverse contractopties voor energie en telecom;
- Je maakt deel uit van het Operations Team en onderhoudt contacten met verschillende stakeholders, zoals vastgoedmakelaars, verhuizers en nutsleveranciers;
- Je informeert klanten over het overnameproces voor waterdiensten tijdens telefonische interacties;
- Je voert reviews uit over de diensten van vastgoedmakelaars tijdens telefoongesprekken;
- Je verstrekt informatie over het gebruik van de specifieke software.

**Ben jij de ideale Commercial Advisor?**
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Je bent zeer klantgericht en streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid;
- Je hebt een “get the job done” mentaliteit en gaat net dat stapje verder om klanten tevreden te stellen;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die zorg draagt voor collega’s en samenwerkt om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken;
- Je hebt een leergierige instelling, een sterke motivatie en je wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
