Voor een van onze partners zijn wij op zoek naar een detailgerichte
**Operationeel Controller & Credit Controller**. Je zult de operationele processen controleren (marges, facturatie, uitgaven) en als credit controller voor Afrika beheer je de relatie tussen de voormalige entiteiten in Afrika en België.

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Volledige controle van facturatie en marges
- Je **controleert dagelijks de facturatie** (marges) en signaleert afwijkende marges, waarbij je waarschuwingen geeft en ervoor zorgt dat corrigerende maatregelen worden genomen.
- Je **voert controle uit op de snelheid van facturatie**.
- Uitgaven
- Je **staat in voor het verantwoorden en controleren van alle debiteuren**. Daarnaast volg je actief hun status op in alle operationele dossiers.
- Je **controleert facturen die niet geboekt zijn bij operations** en werkt samen met de Netting Officer en de crediteurenadministratie.
- Je **volgt douaneschulden op** om ervoor te zorgen dat ze terugbetaling ontvangen, en ondersteunt je collega's bij het innen ervan.
- Je staat in voor het verantwoorden en controleren van alle crediteuren ouder dan 3 maanden.
- Reserves
- Je **bereidt de reservetabel voor** en na de validatie voer je de gegevens in de software.
- Creditnota's journaal
- Je **volgt de validatie op en controleert het creditnota-journaal**.
- AP/AR Afrika
- Debiteuren: in samenwerking met je collega's in Afrika zorg je ervoor dat de facturen correct geboekt worden en op tijd betaald worden.
- Verouderingssaldo: je kunt uitleggen waarom er achterstanden zijn en het nodige doen om deze te verminderen.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt **mínimaal een bachelordiploma** in een relevant vakgebied.
- Je kunt **zelfstandig werken** en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je gaat **discreet en betrouwbaar om met vertrouwelijke informatie**.
- Je hebt **mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring** in credit control.
- Je stelt jezelf flexibel op binnen credit controlling en operational controlling.
- Je **waardeert variatie in het takenpakket**.
- Je hebt de **nodige communicatieskills** om vloeiend te kunnen communiceren met verschillende managementniveaus en collega's.
- Je **spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans**, alsook kan je terugvallen op een professionele kennis Engels.
