**Fiber networks are the backbone of modern connectivity. For a client in the Antwerp region, we are looking for a Project Manager who not only understands the technical and logístical aspects of fiber deployments, but also has hands-on experience in the field**.

Do you have 3 to 5 years of experience managing fiber projects and working directly on-site? Then you might be the expert we’re looking for.

**What can you expect from the job?**

Managing end-to-end fiber deployment projects, from planning to execution.

Coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Monitoring site activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Reviewing technical documentation and ensuring alignment with project specifications.

Handling stakeholder communication and reporting project progress.

Resolving on-site challenges and adapting plans to meet operational realities.

Jouw profiel

**We are looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership skills, technical insight, and a solid background in fiber fieldwork.**

**You already have experience in**:

- Fiber optic projects, including trenching, splicing, and installation (3-5 years).
- On-site coordination and supervision of telecom infrastructure works.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fiber network plans.
- Health & Safety regulations and field compliance.A VCA certificate is a plus.
