**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You are part of an international delivery team (approx. 60 people) in the department Open Banking.
- You are responsible for the definition, execution, and continuous adaptation of the E2E testing strategy.
- You are responsible for the automation test framework and enhance it together with the test lead.
- You are part of the tester hiring process and onboard them together with the test lead.
- You support and supervise testers in their daily workload, e.g. by performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards and test coverage standards.
- You report to the team manager and support him in his management of on
- and offshore teams.

**Signs of success**
- You seek collaboration with business analysts and product owners and master the functionality of our products.
- You put testing KPIs in place together with the operational team and the scrum masters.
- You identify the right test coverage and keep our automation test suite in a “green state”.
- You provide the necessary training and documentation material together with the test lead to the testers.
- You keep yourself up-to-date on trends, tools and best practices in automation testing, both within Worldline and outside.

**Who Are We Looking For**:
**Skills we can’t do without**
- You have graduated in the IT field or have an equal level by experience.
- You have profound experience as a test manager or test lead (3-5 years).
- You possess sophisticated knowledge at agile testing in Scrum/Kanban and the software delivery lifecycle.
- You have profound skills in Java, SQL, RestAPI testing automation, tooling CI/CD and devops concepts.
- You are inspiring, open-minded and innovative.
- Your English is excellent.

**Skills we’d like**
- You bring experience of our testing stack: WebdriverIO, Postman, Cucumber, Xray, JavaScript, Confluence.
- You have a valid understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Domain Driven Development (DDD).
- You possess the ISTQB certification Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM)
- You have well developed your influencing and negotiating skills.
