Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Belgian HR team in Louvain-la-Neuve as a Senior HR Officer. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that all HR functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Your role- You coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance;- You maintain employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies;- You assist with payroll administration and managing employee benefits programs;- You provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions;- You contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;- You assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.

Your track record- You are fluent in English and French, proficiency in Dutch is a plus;- You have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in HR;- You have strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and regulations;- Experience with CP 124 is nice-to-have and also experience with Partena and Workday are nice-to-have;- You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
