We are currently looking for an **Administrative Assistant (Accounting) **because our current colleague is retiring, but not without handing over the torch with heart and soul to her successor, ensuring a good transfer of our file. In addition, you will also be working closely with our external accounting firm: Bocon and its custom software Eva Online.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Booking of incoming (purchase) invoices
- Booking of outgoing (sales) invoices
- Booking of bank and cash transactions (financial & miscellaneous)
- Classifying documents and checking for duplicates
- Download received payments and link them to sales invoices
- Checking outstanding receivables customers and suppliers
- Periodic VAT declaration (monthly or quarterly)
- Simulation calculations, explaining balance sheet figures to management
- Annual declaration FPS Economy

The BAUNAT Admin team will assist you in the different parts, do a preliminary accounting and collect the necessary data, contact clients,... so that you can focus on the processing and completeness of the accounting.

Our external partner and accountant (Bocon) will then take care of the following:

- Annual VAT statement
- Drawing up the annual accounts
- Preparation corporate tax return

**Profile**:

- You are in possession of a bachelor's or master's degree
- You have already had a few years of demonstrable experience in an accounting position
- You can work accurately
- You can work independently but also in a team
- You can give professional advice to administrative and commercial employees within the company, concerning VAT or invoicing related questions
- You are stress resistant, analytical and communicative
