**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Als office manager of kantoorverantwoordelijke voor Synergie Geel LA, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de de goede interne werking en de coaching van je team van 5 consultants. Jij zorgt - met een eigen flair en aanpak - voor een enthousiast team én tevreden klanten en uitzendkrachten in jouw regio. Dit alles bij een degelijk en tegelijk informeel uitzendkantoor, dat je de nodige ondersteuning, opleidingen, een goede verloning, 32 verlofdagen en een bedrijfswagen biedt. Je mag trouwens ook één dag per week thuiswerken.
Als branch manager Large Accounts bij Synergie zal jouw takenpakket bestaan uit:
- Toezien op de algemene werking van het kantoor en jouw team van recruiters.
- Doorlopend in contact staan met de klanten en mee ad hoc instaan voor probleemoplossing.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de verschillende klanten (en hun verschillende afdelingen) kwalitatief geserviced worden.
- Contacten onderhouden met verschillende Synergie-kantoren betreft vacatures van de klant in hun regio.
- Optimaliseren en kritisch bekijken van de bestaande processen, zowel bij klanten als ons eigen kantoor.
- Opvolgen van KPI's omtrent de werking van het kantoor.

Herken je jezelf hierin?
- Je bent een geboren communicator gezien je dagelijks op alle fronten contacten zal onderhouden.
- Een analytische en proceduregerichte mindset is key.
- Bewezen ervaring binnen een leidinggevende rol is een must om jouw team op een goede manier aan te sturen.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet compromissen te sluiten bij de verschillende partijen.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de uitzendsector, maar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een commerciële dienst of administratieve dienst kan zeker ook van pas komen
