Office Manager

Als office manager zal je onze administratieve afdeling volledig ondersteunen in hun werking. Concreet betekent dit dat je:
- Je begeleidt het team dat de administratieve processen opvolgt van ons bedrijf
- Je bent daarnaast ook het aanspreekpunt voor alle andere afdelingen als het neerkomt op de administratie
- Om de feeling met jouw collega's te behouden zal je af en toe ook meewerken indien nodig
- Je beheert de algemene organisatie en facilitaire zaken op onze site
- De managers en directie worden door jou ondersteunt in meetings
- En tenslotte zal je het ERP systeem samen met onze IT afdeling optimaliseren
Een hele boterham dus, maar wat heb je nodig om deze functie te vervullen?
- Toch al wat ervaring in een gelijkaardig functie
- Waarbij je al leiding hebt gegeven aan een klein/groot team
- Je beschikt over het nodige enthousiasme dat aanstekelijk werkt voor jouw collega's
- Uitstekende kennis MS Office
- En ook zeer goede kennis van ERP systemen zoals Navision of Business Central
- Zin om te groeien en bij te leren

- In een team van in totaal 15 personen, waarbij we ieders naam kennen
