- en gezondheidsvoeding. Door innovatieve concepten te combineren met een flexibel en kwalitatief hoogstaand productieproces bekleden we op dit ogenblik een dominante positie in de markt. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we voor onze site te Hasselt op zoek naar een People driven Production Manager (M/V)
Je maakt deel uit van het Production Operations Team. In deze functie ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, coördineren en superviseren van het productieproces. Je focust hierbij op het coachen, opleiden en motiveren van de medewerkers, waarbij gestreefd wordt naar een optimale inzetbaarheid van mensen en resources. Je analyseert productiedata en je identificeert potentiële verbeteringen in onze productie processen op vlak van kwaliteit en productiviteit. Je stelt actieplannen op en je realiseert een continue verbetercultuur binnen je afdeling. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor KPI’s als output, kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficiëntie,... In deze rol werk je nauw samen met Quality, Planning en Logistiek en je rapporteert hierbij aan de COO.

- en resultaatgerichtheid maakt van jou de Production Manager die we zoeken.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een industriële richting
- Je hebt idealiter 5j ervaring. Ervaring in voeding
- en of pharma is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een uitgesproken voorkeur voor people development en coaching
- Je bent pragmatisch en hands-on
- Je bent vertrouwd met LEAN - Six Sigma
- Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is een plus
- Je kan je identificeren met onze POWER bedrijfswaarden: ‘Performance, One, Wellbeing, Expertise & Result’ en streeft ernaar deze binnen jouw functie te belichamen
