**Overview**:
SAP FI/CO Specialist with 6+ years as Functional Analyst, experienced in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, business processes, blueprint analysis, and debugging code.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and manage solution follow-up for SAP FI/CO first and second-line support
- Manage the delivery of change requests from business requirements analysis to go-live
- Participate in blueprinting and fit-gap analysis for SAP FI/CO, covering: financial and invoicing processes, interfaces with third-party tools, master data management, and addressing 'grey zones' with other SAP business areas
- Sharing expertise and providing mentorship to junior colleagues
- Work closely together with business process owners in order to understand business processes and requirements to guarantee a continuous service and ensure a sustainable solution
- Estimate the effort in man days and convert the requirements in a functional design, including an impact analysis of the changes on an existing system
- Configure the system and write functional + technical specifications for SAP FI/CO
- Document and test new/adapted functionalities, with the ability to conduct both unit and integration testing independently, while communicating and collaborating with all involved stakeholders
- Onboard the business with supervised testing (including the creation of test plans) and provide go-live support to ensure a smooth and quality-controlled deployment

**Must Have Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Commercial Sciences, or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst
- Proven experience in multiple SAP S/4 HANA implementations in finance
- Familiar with end to end business processes and how these are reflected in SAP
- Strong analytical skills in order to carry out a blueprint analysis independently
- Large experience in writing functional and technical specifications
- Experience in performing business support and executing change requests
- Ability to debug programming code
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changing priorities
- Ability to serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for finance professionals on the business side, and effectively plan, lead, and manage workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch

**Nice to have**:

- Any experience in integration with other modules (such as SAP MM, SD or FI/CA) is a plus.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a large team, working independently while staying well-connected with team members
